Interview Tips

    If you remember, I recently posted some photos on my stories about how I had gotten the chance to interview some candidates for an open position at my job. It was a very entry-level and seasonal position, so the interviews were all over the phone and fairly informal. However, it was my first time being on the other side of such interviews, and you guys, I learned so much! So after taking a quick poll, I decided to write a little post on my tips for interviewing! Now, I am by NO MEANS an expert on the topic, but thought I’d note some of the things that crossed my mind and share it with you all!   To avoid getting too wordy, I figured I’d list them out (in no particular order of importance) here: –Dress for the job that you want. I work in more of an agricultural field, if you will, so showing up to an interview in a suit and tie isn’t necessary.
